Reared in the Black Belt region of Alabama, I am a graduate of Marion Military Institute and Alabama A&M University. As an experienced public administrator with over a decade of involvement in public policy, planning, and governmental affairs, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge in engaging stakeholders at all levels of government and community. My result-driven methods are enhanced by my expertise in urban and regional planning with an emphasis in environmental planning.

I am a seasoned HR professional, possessing a broad range of knowledge of programs and policies that cultivate employee engagement and inclusivity and enhance retention, satisfaction, and succession planning.
